Reykjavík has 5 different quays, and disembarkation can be frantic. Don’t guess where to go. Whether you are docking at Skarfabakki (312/315), Korngarður, Miðbakki, Faxagarður or Hafnarfjörður, we track your ship and meet you as close as security allows.

The Right Vehicle

Cruise travel means heavy luggage. We assign the vehicle based on your booking details. Important: If you have extra luggage, we upgrade the car size (price adjusted) to ensure everything fits comfortably.

Meet & Greet

Pickup: Our driver waits with in the designated greeting zone (closest permitted area). Drop-off: We drive you as close to the gangway as port security allows (usually closer than pickups).

Flexible Routes – You Choose Your Drop-off: Depending on your plans, we transfer you seamlessly between the Cruise Ports and three main destinations:

  • Port ↔ Reykjavík City: The classic transfer. Direct ride between your Cruise Ship and any hotel or address in the capital area.

  • Port ↔ KEF Airport: Heading straight to your flight? We take you from the gangway directly to the KEF Departures Hall.

  • Port ↔ Keflavík Hotels: Spending a night near the airport before flying out? We provide direct transfers to hotels in Keflavík town (e.g., Marriott, Berg, Aurora).

  • From Ship: Look for your driver holding a sign; the driver may call you.

FAQ (Arrival & Layover Specific)

Reykjavík has multiple quays: Skarfabakki (312 & 315), Korngarður, Miðbakki (Old Harbour), and Faxagarður. We track the schedule, but please provide your Ship Name when booking so we are waiting at the correct one!

The standard allowance is 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per passenger. If you have extra luggage, please contact us. If you have more luggage than standard or oversized items, you MUST inform us when booking. We may need to upgrade you to a larger van.

Yes, and they are free of charge. Please specify the age and weight of the child in the booking notes so we bring the correct size.

Yes! We know many passengers stay in Keflavík town before their flight. When booking, simply choose the option for “Keflavík Hotel” or select the Airport transfer and specify your hotel address in the notes.
